Large amounts of unlicensed medications have been taken by Department of Health officials throughout a search of a house in Glengormley.
A male was interviewed by department officers about unlawfully importing and subsequently providing unlicensed impotence medications by means of the web.
The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medicine offences.
He will now be the subject of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was performed by the department’s Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, said: “It is essential that we get the message across that unlicensed medications can be unsafe.
“These types of products being sold, generally online, have actually gone through no and there can be no warranty about their security.
“You just do not know what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More importantly, you do not understand the effect drugs like this might have on your health.”
